BALLROOM & SOCIAL DANCING: WE TEACH ALL AGES: KIDS TO SENIORS! We offer great classes (Group and Private) in Latin, Swing, Ballroom & More! We use the Inter-related System, which allows you to learn easier and become a better dancer faster! We teach all social dances: Salsa, Swing, Rumba, Cha Cha, Tango, Samba, Fox Trot, Waltz, Quick Step, Viennese Waltz, Hustle, Night Club 2 Step, Polka, Country, Hip Hop, More! Our prices are very reasonable: Group classes are between $6 to $12 per hour and Private lessons are between $50 to $60 per hour. We offer a great INTRODUCTORY SPECIAL: 2 Private hours, 1 Sunday Class & 1 Sunday Dance for only $50 per person or per couple. This Special is with an experienced teacher, John Jones. 8 WEEK COURSE: We also offer an 8 week course for only $45 per person, 4 times a year (Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall), sponsored by City of Long Beach, Park & Rec Department. The next 8 week series starts in middle of January with great classes in Swing (East Coast & Lindy Hop) on Sundays at 5pm & Salsa on Saturdays at 11am. These classes are beginning to intermediate levels. There is a Salsa class for intermediate to advanced at 12pm on Saturdays starting the same time. We also have many Salsa classes in the evenings during weekdays & Sunday afternoon. ARGENTINE TANGO is available on Saturday evenings for a class and practice.
BEAUTIFUL STUDIO! It is 4,000 sq ft and has a superb wooden floor! We have great music with an excellent sound system & a lot of free parking. We are located about 20 miles south of Los Angeles at 530 E 4th Street in Long Beach, near 4th and Atlantic. Jon Gatyas is the owner and has been in business over 20 years. He has ISTD credentials, he has judged many competitions and students, taught teachers and hundreds of students, competed successfully in many competitions, performed in many shows and was a past member of the Arthur Murray Dance Board.
