The ideal venue to host your business meetings
Our conference facilities are second to none and are set in attractive surroundings ideal to host your business meetings, seminars, training courses or product launches and we are conveniently located just off the A1(M) J63 midway between Durham and Newcastle.
Our facilities have stunning views across the cricket ground and over to Lumley Castle, free parking and a choice of three air-conditioned rooms. The rooms vary in size, two of which can accommodate 60 delegates each and the other up to 100 delegates depending on layout. We set the rooms up to suit your exact requirements weather it be boardroom, theatre style or your own. We also cater for the smaller functions adapting the room layout to suit. To date we have catered for numbers from 8 to 120.
Take all three rooms for such events as team meetings or team building exercises and benefit from a hourly rate discount.

· U Shape: Perfect layout for Training sessions. Provide your delegates with a comfortable, productive space for education and training, where they can get the most of our their sessions.
· Classroom: A suitable layout for training sessions, or presentations where delegates need to take notes. Ideal layout for I.T training
· Cabaret: Ideal layout for conferences and presentations or even team building workshops
· Interview: Face to face, combine the privacy of your own space with the professionalism of a front-line support team who will welcome your candidates for you.
What your price includes:

We can also provide other office equipment such as additional flipcharts, OHP, photocopying, laptop, projector and additional large screens. We also have our own in house translator fully qualified in British sign language (stage one) that can facilitate at of your meetings.
In addition we can also supply all of your catering requirements from a breakfast reception and buffet lunch through to cream tea and evening meal, prices and on application.
Our facilities are used by well know corporate and SMEs as well as smaller local companies, all of whom enjoy the same first class service that results in much repeat business.
